Bishop Chatard High School announced that Kyle Reh has been named the school’s next Athletic Director, effective July 1, 2022
Mr. Reh joins the Trojan Athletic Department after serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at St. Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky. In his role, Mr. Reh played a pivotal part in leading 19 teams, oversaw scheduling, facilities, transportation, and game operations, as well as coordinated academic support and eligibility.
Prior to his work at St. Xavier, Mr. Reh was the Director of Business Operations for the Louisville Bats, and he served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations at Ohio University.
Mr. Reh follows Mike Ford as BCHS Athletic Director. Mr. Ford is completing an 18-year tenure in that role, and will continue as Athletic Director Emeritus for the 2022/2023 school year.
“We are excited about the energy, experience, and talents that Mr. Reh brings to our highly successful Athletic Department,” said Principal John Hasty. “The selection committee was impressed with Mr. Reh’s focus on developing the whole student-athlete, especially his commitment to keeping faith as the cornerstone of our athletic mission.”
Mr. Reh shared, “I look forward to continuing the strong Trojan legacy, and I am committed to further establishing Bishop Chatard Athletics as the model program where all students can succeed.”
