May 31, 2024

A three-sport athlete with 11 varsity letters in soccer, basketball and track & field, Addison Duncan loves sports and competition, and that spirit earned her one of the top honors for senior athletes in the area, the 2024 Female City Athlete of the Year.

Duncan was named to the All-City soccer team all four years of high school and was a three-time selection to the All-Circle City Conference team. She was a four-year state finalist in track, still competing on the 4×400 team and 4×100 team in this year’s state meet. Although she didn’t expect to play basketball, she ended up on two Class 3A Regional title teams as she focused on defense and rebounds for the team.
